APRIL SHOW PICK UP INFO
If you would like to pick up your order at an upcoming April show please use code CBWAPRILSHOWS at checkout for no shipping fees.
We'll be in touch to arrange collection of shipping fees for any placed orders that aren't picked up at shows in April. Additionally if you place an order and have paid shipping fees but then decide you'd like to pick it up at any of the April shows, we'll arrange to refund you the shipping.
We generally post all orders as follows:
UK - 2nd Class Signed For
International Orders by 2nd Class Airmail, tracked
*Generally we tend to ship orders once a week or as often as we can around tours and our other work commitments.
Please allow the following timeframes for when you should expect to receive your order.
We generally advise:
UK – allow up to 1 week from dispatch
EU Mainland - 3 weeks from dispatch
North & South America - 5 weeks from dispatch
Australia/East Asia - 6 weeks from dispatch
Please bear these in mind before you contact us regarding your order to allow it time to reach you. This can vary depending on where you live and your countries custom regulations and also the Covid-19 pandemic can also create further delays.
We generally post all UK orders 1st Class Signed For and all International Orders by 1st Class Airmail.
Please also add INTERNATIONAL TRACKED/SIGNED FOR SERVICES to your basket if you wish to be able to track your order.
We obtain a certificate of postage for all orders but highly recommend you add the INTERNATIONAL TRACKED/SIGNED FOR all orders outside of the UK
If we have priced shipping for higher value products or bundles to include a signed for/tracked service we will state this on the product description
-We are not responsible for any additional customs charges or fees once your package has left our facility. Customs charges and fees are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
-If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please speak to your local postal or customs office for more information.
-If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipment costs.
